Our website forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused tool that verifies a form submission is coming from a genuine visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information (such as browser signals) to perform this check. It does not use this information to build advertising profiles. 6. Website analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand general site usage — such as which pages are visited and how visitors reach our site. This is aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics data and is not used to individually identify you or to build a profile that is shared with advertisers.

7. Data storage and security

Information submitted through our contact and quote forms is stored using Supabase, a database platform, and where available we use Australian-hosted infrastructure for this data. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

8. Access, correction and deletion

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date, or request that we delete it.
