Overview
The Omega Roof Vent is designed to evacuate condensation and odours from the bathroom and other rooms directly outside the house. With regulation changes no longer allowing condensation to be vented into the roof cavity, the Omega Roof Vent installs with a 6-inch duct pipe to ventilate to the outdoors — meeting bathroom ventilation requirements.
Multiple designs suit either tiled roofs or metal/COLORBOND® roofs, including plastic-moulded panels for easy fitment and a formable aluminium flashing version. Made locally in Australia from UV-stabilised plastic designed for tough Australian outdoor conditions — it won't rust or discolour in the elements, and the flashing design is safe for collecting rainwater into your tank.
An optional fire-rated version is manufactured from polypropylene plastic tested to the V2 flammability requirements of UL94, fitted internally with BAL29-compliant wire mesh for bushfire-prone areas.
